1. Services

Jim's Creative Hub delivers premium digital and content solutions across our six core specializations [R5]:

• Brand Identity: Vector logo architectures, visual asset languages, and brand identity manuals [R5].
• Graphic Design: Custom corporate layouts, layout asset design, and digital publication content.
• Video Production: Corporate footage captures, high-fidelity edits, and motion graphic workflows.
• Web Development: Highly secure standalone apps, cPanel integrations, and fully responsive layouts.
• Digital Marketing: Search optimization marketing plans, targeted placement tracking, and structural execution.
• Creative Strategy: Consulting pipelines, audience engagement mapping, and digital distribution planning.

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each specific service must be formalized and agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
• Supply all necessary operational source files, approvals, and critiques within mutually agreed timelines.
• Ensure that any branding imagery or text material provided does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Fees and Payment

• All pricing models and custom quotes will be fully itemized and authorized before development begins.
• Payments may be split across initial account commitment deposits, project milestone points, or final delivery balances as set out on invoices.
• Unsettled invoices or prolonged collection delays may trigger a temporary suspension of project operations until balance ledgers clear.
• All processed design deposit payments are non-refundable once creative creation or environment setups launch on our directories, unless authorized in writing.

4. Revisions and Changes

• The exact number of design revision cycles included will be explicitly locked into your initial proposal details.
• Additional out-of-scope structural alterations or layout updates requested post-approval may incur separate development adjustments.
• Significant deviations from the original authorized creative brief will necessitate an official revision to project timelines and cost scales.

5. Intellectual Property

• Full commercial property rights and system asset files transfer to the client exclusively after final balance payment has completely cleared.
• Jim's Creative Hub retains the rights to exhibit final layouts and completed imagery within digital case studies, marketing material, and portfolio grids unless a strict NDA is signed.
• All foundational conceptual paths, structural drafts, and unselected mockups remain the exclusive legal property of Jim's Creative Hub.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties explicitly agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all non-public internal business parameters, secure database access profiles, strategy guidelines, or sensitive company data shared throughout our working relationship.

7. Project Timelines and Delivery

• Project production schedules are calculated estimations and are directly dependent on clean, timely communication flow and asset handoffs from the client.
• Jim's Creative Hub shall assume zero liability for delivery disruptions caused by server provider hardware drops, network acts of God, or unexpected cross-origin configuration blockages.
• Final graphic outputs or clean application source code will be package-delivered exclusively in the target formats agreed upon during project onboarding.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an active service agreement through formal written notification. In the event of contract termination:

• The client remains legally responsible for clearing invoices tracking work completed up to the official termination date.
• All initial environment configuration deposits remain entirely non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jim's Creative Hub assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential network damages (such as broken directory files, temporary database downtime loops, or script bugs) arising out of the installation or tracking of your services. Our cumulative system liability shall not exceed the exact financial amount processed by the client for that specific, individual piece of service development.

10. Third-Party Services

Our production environment may connect external frameworks, fonts, or server scripts where necessary. Jim's Creative Hub accepts no operational liability or security compliance responsibility for policies maintained by third-party code aggregators or hosting nodes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in complete alignment with the domestic laws and registry regulations under which Jim's Creative Hub operates its central commercial infrastructure.

12. Amendments

Jim's Creative Hub reserves the absolute legal right to modify these structural terms at any time without prior account warnings. Revisions immediately overwrite previous compliance parameters the exact millisecond the updated file renders live on this directory page.
