Services

Jim's Creative Hub provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to:

• Graphic design and branding
• Video editing and video production
• Motion graphics and visual content creation
• Creative consulting and related services

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each service shall be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution
• Supply all necessary materials, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights

Fees and Payment

• All fees will be communicated and agreed upon before project commencement
• Payments may be required upfront, in milestones, or upon completion, as specified in the agreement or invoice
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled
• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing

Revisions and Changes

• The number of revisions included will be specified in the project agreement
• Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
• Significant changes requested after approval may require a revised timeline and fee

Intellectual Property

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received
• Jim's Creative Hub retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed
• All concepts, drafts, and unused materials remain the property of Jim's Creative Hub

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

Project Timelines and Delivery

• Project timelines are estimates and dependent on timely client feedback and approvals
• Jim's Creative Hub shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control
• Final deliverables will be provided in the formats agreed upon at project initiation

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In such cases:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

Limitation of Liability

Jim's Creative Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Third-Party Services

The Company may engage third-party tools or services where necessary. Jim's Creative Hub is not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party providers.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Jim's Creative Hub operates.

Amendments

Jim's Creative Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
